How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs are calculated based on your location and order contents. The exact shipping price will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase. Please note that Insiya Abaya is not responsible for customs or import fees. Insiya Abaya is also not responsible for any courier delays as this will be solely at the responsibility of the courier handler. We will dispatch items accordingly to the shipping timeframe (timeframe may differ for preorders - this will be written in the product description therefore please read descriptions thoroughly). How do I take care of my abaya?
Each abaya is designed with premium fabrics and meticulous stitching to ensure lasting quality. To preserve the beauty of your piece: wear jewellery after putting on your abaya to protect intricate beadwork and lace. Dry clean only (not machine washable), and steam on medium heat rather than ironing—especially important for velvet fabric to prevent fabric damage.
With proper care, your abaya will remain a cherished piece in your wardrobe for years to come.
